Can I wear my JLANI jewelry in the water?

Yes, you can happily shower and swim in your pieces. Plenty of our customers never remove their jewelry, even at the gym!

What material do you use for your jewelry?

We use the highest grade stainless steel metal on all of our fashion pieces. All materials used are nickel free.

Does your gold-plated jewelry tarnish?

No. However, in order to preserve your jewelry, we strongly recommend you apply your hairspray, skincare and perfume before you put on your jewelry. Read Jewelry Care for more tips.

Do you ship overseas?

How long will it take to get my orders?

Can I have something custom made that isn't on your website?

We can produce your own idea or any item on our website in Solid 14k & 18k Yellow/White/Rose Gold. With diamonds? Absolutely. Pricing will be determined during the design process.
